Bottom to middle teir fraternity. They have potential to do well, but they seem not to try hard to get themselves to a solid middle tier. Guys, start putting a little more effort into your brotherhood.

Popular with the middle tier sororities like phi mu and PSS, but thats just about it. Nice but pretty boring group of guys. Some sororities pledge harder than these guys and they accept just about anyone.
