I agree with the poster below me, the older girls were awful (thus, phi moo) but the last pledge classes have been good. Although I wouldn't say top tier but they're good.

Good group of guys, really impressed me on july 4th this summer. Didn't have any interest in SigEp bros until my sister convinced me to chill with them. This frat is def on the rise, and it's clear these guys are going places post grad. A hit or miss type of fraternity. Going to be interesting to see how well they do this Fall after losing a lot of their best brothers. The remaining brothers are just not making it.

Pikes are starting to fall apart and after the last 2 PC, they will really tank by next Spring. Better start doing a 360 fast and STOP doing line them up, sign them up recruiting. That is what's hurting your brotherhood.
