As a girl, this is the only relevant fraternity on campus. I always have a fun time at their parties. Sometimes, they can be a little exclusive but that comes with their status. I have a hard time with the comments saying they have felt unsafe and their parties. Personally, I would feel absolutely comfortable approaching one of the brothers if something were to happen. I know they would absolutely try to stop the situation. Don't let a few bad seeds effect your views on the entire fraternity.

Honestly irrelevant- their high score is due to self ranking. Theta is in their completely own bubble. Many upperclassmen are cool girls but the majority of the last pledge class is odd

These girls are the typical, "basic" sorority. If you want a vanilla experience of Greek life, pi phi is for you. Very little diversity and not the top sorority fraternities or athletic teams want to mix with. Despite this, they are definitely a convenient sorority as KKG only mixes with lax and DNU is on probation.

These guys are definitely beginning to become the best frat on campus in terms of fun parties, community involvement, brotherhood and are making a huge presence especially this year. Hoping for more events with them

Cute, fun loving girls. Theta is a great sisterhood and don't take themselves too seriously. Really friendly.
