KE is a fun place to go, but they all act like the stereotypical "frat star". Some of them are great guys, but a lot are total douchebags. If you arent a really hot girl or a brother its basically like you are watching the party from the outside because they dont talk to you. They can get kinda creepy when they try to hit on hot girls, my friends and I try not to stay too long at their parties. Top tier I guess but thats mostly based on the past

I dont know why they are ranked the best, I didnt even know they were a fraternity until months of being at school. They are really secret and its a historically black fraternity. The guys in it that I know are all really cool, but overall they dont do much publicly on campus
