I really wanted to comment that the person who rated Theta Chi so lowly is obviously oblivious to the fact that they bought a new fraternity house from the university last year and moved into it this year. It is in Affinity Village with 3 of the 4 sororities. The Theta Chi guys are really friendly and accepting. They play a lot of video games and are very welcoming to everyone at their parties.
