What Happened To Lambda?

Somehow Lambda managed to get a PC of 9 guys when most mid-top tier frats pulled in around 30. What the heck happened?

Apparently only around 150 guys joined a frat this semester… way down from previous years especially with an in person rush

150 men went through Rush? I find that very hard to believe especially when the total # of undergrads is 30,000+ and there are 22 recognized fraternities on campus. That would mean at least 11-15 fraternities would have gotten a PC in single #'s or 0, if you say that only top fraternities got large # PC's. Your math doesn't add up.
