is ato likely to be suspended?

I wanted to rush there but I heard that since they were recently off somo the chances of being suspended are high ? Is this true?

There probationary period is over so unless they would have to do something stupid again, it was the first time they had been suspended in a long time so it's unlikely it will happen again
