The best group of guys. Great looking and all wonderful gentlemen. Love their parties and don't feel unsafe at them like some other frats on campus - not mentioning any names but if you know, you know. Although their pledges may seem a little below par at first, after a couple months around the existing brothers they are stellar.

Theta is a top house for sure, but definitely not for everyone. There is a good balance between girls who go out and girls who do not go out. All are focused on their grades and their future, but not in a bad way (if you consider that bad...). You'll see them out on the weekends and in the library during the week. Other girls choose not to go out and might be more involved with other groups on campus
