As someone from a panhal not from Carleton, had to jump on here to say that other girls who have rushed or even joined DPHIE mainly did not have great experiences. With our rules you cannot join another panhal once you’ve been initiated, it sucks because girls will have terrible experiences and can’t join my organization even if it’s on another campus. Seriously organizations like this puts a bad rep on panhal and on sororities it’s a shame that you do that in the name of NPC. Totally wish your organization was booted from the conference.

AOII don’t listen to deepher losers. You have been doing so well and it shows! One of the sisters I know from this chapter has been a real panhal sister to me despite being in a different organization and I wish if I had a Time Machine I could go back and join you guys🥺❤️

as someone who knows a bunch of their former and current sisters if I had to go through rush again I would never have chosen DPHIE. Totally regret joining them even now, I wish IHQ did shut us down with the issues we have and won’t solve that just get brushed under the rug. The ranks are true and they are more concerned about the look of these ranks being out before rush than dealing with problems that are affecting why we can’t get better numbers. As someone who once loved this organization, we should take the time to fix the sisterhood or we will end up like phi sig.

Here to speak the real truth about AOII. If you do your research they have such a good network in Canada which only a few panhals in Canada actually have. Go anywhere in the US they are known as a top-tier organization and have better opportunities than most panhals. Plus they have a really great alumni base here in Ottawa, the alum here have been so sweet to me after my chapter shut down not too long ago. As a panhal sister they really showcase what it means to be just that. I hope you all give these girls a shot they are absolutely so sweet :)
