What’s the Theta Xi rep?

Is theta xi is a decent house? Keep seeing them as “middle” does that mean they are well liked or not relevant ? May do their rush

They are good house that is never ranked as high as they should be. Check them out.

Mid tier house basically means they do a lot of social events but don’t frequently party with the “top” sororities (whatever that means to you). Probably a fun house. They have a nice pool. Rush them and see if you like the guys that’s all there is to it. No harm in that.

Not a bad house ppl know what you’re talking about if you say Theta Xi. Can’t say the same for a lot of other houses here
