updated frat rankings

New frat rankings in light of recent events, no tiers just kinda unbiased rankings (I'm technically a TDX but went inactive two years ago, now I just hang with my friends in the other houses and this is what I've come to understand)

SigEp
Sig Nu
Sig Chi - Got got hazing for the second quarter in a row - back on uni suspension
ZBT - taking the beautiful house from pi kapp
Lambda
Beta
Phi Psi
Theta Xi - Currently suspended also for hazing
AEPi
Sigma Pi
Theta Chi - solid winter pc tbh
Pi Kapp - Losing their house to ZBT
DTD - Losing their house
Delta Sig
TDX - at least we own our house
Phi Delt - Losing their house when Pike comes back
Triangle
Phi Kapp
