how do i get a bid into zbt or lambda

it looks like zbt and lambda are top houses here. what can i do to secure a bid from one of these houses in the winter and what are these houses actually like?

They are the two top houses so will be the hardest to get a bid. As a back up rush an inferior house like SAE,SIG CHI or SIG EP

Just rush, but since Lambda Chi and ZBT are the two top ranked fraternities at UCLA they will have the most competition and turn away the most. As a back up rush an inferior house like SAE,SX or even Sig Ep.
