how do i get a bid into zbt or lambda

it looks like zbt and lambda are top houses here. what can i do to secure a bid from one of these houses in the winter and what are these houses actually like?

From someone not yet in the Greek community and having a lot of Greek friends I can say the consensus is Lambda Chi Alpha and ZBT are the two top fraternities at UCLA. I know recently they weren't but all sororities and guys looking to rush know those are the two best and that will be on every rushers first list.

Both Lambda Chi Alpha and ZBT leapfrogged SAE,SX and SIG EP because multiple years of #1 PC. They PC have the best looking guys throwing the best parties. If you are not " hot" and gave a great personality you might have to settle for SAE,SX OR SIG EP because LXA and ZBT want to continue on their upward trajectory.
