why would anyone want to go greek at tech after seeing how everyone bashes each other on here

Chi-O/Tridelt/Zeta

If you are from out of state, didn't go to the right camp, or don't have a connection

LOL. get off your high horse. The only sororities at UT that are maybe more selective than tech are pi phi, kappa, and theta...the top 3 there. but thats expected, look how long UT has been around and had a greek life. tech and texas greek life is comparable for sure.

did you really just compare Tech to Texas sororities? LOL!!!

we might not be as competitive as UT but I'd say that pretty accurate

I've heard sad stories about girls finally getting their grades up high enough to transfer to Texas and then the disappointment they face when the sorority they were in at Tech treats them like an outsider. And that is sororities from top to bottom tier. If they don't pick them, they don't want them. So don't compare the two unless you've witnessed the difference.

you're absolutely right about that and I have seen that happen. Its absolutely easier to get into the top sorority at Tech than the bottom sorority at UT. I'm not comparing the quality of girls (if you want to call it that), I'm comparing recruitment styles. If you don't have some kind of connection, its extremely hard to get into PiPhi, KKG or Theta. Maybe less so with XO, ZTA and Tridelt but they are still picky. The rest of the sororities at Tech are great too but they are much more diverse

I'm with you! The more the comments on a sorority the more pathetic and obvious whose on here. Self ranking and trying to cover. It will all be told come rush..no worries. How hard some of these sororities try the worse they look aka ADPI & Theta. People know & you can try try try but you can't hide the truth..To "rank" the soroties is all a matter of your opinion and to put theta and adpi in top of anything is basically telling on yourself..Desperate as always. Go with the house you feel at home in. Be yourself or you won't fit in anyway. Tech greek is huge but you'll ruin the experience if you even give this site a second of validity ... Good luck
