PNMS: Go with your heart and an open mind, figure out which philanthropy means the most to you and have genuine conversations. Be yourself and you will end up exactly where you are supposed to be. The "big 6" really only exists at UT, insecure girls try to apply that situation to greek life at Tech to seem exclusive when in reality we ALL get along. Yeah you may not get along with every single person you meet (who does), but honestly I guarantee you that by the end of Freshman year you wil have made friends in several sororities, not just your own.

are there really any "bad" sororities at Tech? All are at or close to total so that seems like they're all strong to me

yeah adpi and dg are pretty bad....really embarassing. lowest gpas, im pretty sure a couple fraternities have better grades than them, and they are not very selective anyone can get in. not involved at all.

Honestly, I do not think you can call any sorority at tech "bad". There is a place for everyone. When you go through recruitment, keep any open mind and you will find the girls you feel comfortable. Trust me!!

I really wish girls would stop bashing each other. It's very disrespectful and makes Panhellenic Girls look bad. We need to all support each other. GO GREEK!!!
