I heard they fight like hell. They have meetings trying to improve their sisterhood but fight the whole time. They can party but that's it. Can't keep a pledge class.

Had to work with them during Greek events and out of the ten I worked with only one was nice and friendly. The rest were total frat jerks. I'm sure there are some other nice ones but I wouldn't want to work with them again.

These guys and pike pretty much dominate fraternity competition. However, Phi delt is on the rise and could be a real threat. They usally get the best guys of each pledge class and retain guys well. They kind of do it all with great grades, great philanthropies and good parties. Difinitely the best Frat on campus, hands down.

New house, not bad but still gets the leftovers. Good to have some more competition for those houses that THINK they are all that. Hope they have better morals that their sisters at UNL....
