Rising Houses:
SK
CHI O
SDT

Falling Houses:
KKG
ADPI
AEPHI

Stagnant:
At top - DG, APHI
At Bottom - PI PHI, PHI SIG

If tiers/rankings are going to change over the next 4 years, it will be in these directions.
