Pretty much accurate:

SigEp & Phi Psi (doing really well at rush)
Pike (falling)
Pikapp (rising but struggling at rush this fall so who knows)
Kappa Squid (rising and doing surprisingly well at rush) & Sigma Chi (falling and struggling)

That's more because of sigma chi falling than anything else. They still blow for sure, but they're still vaguely relevant.

Pikapp and sigchi are still neck and neck. Sigchi is finally off probation while pikapp is probably getting put on. Sigchi being the same level as kappa sig is legit pikapp nonsense.

why do so many comments say sig chi is falling/struggling? I met a few during rush and they were all very cool guys I could actually talk to. Seem a lot more similar to pikapp or even sigep than kappa sig

Its pikapp. They think they're better than sigma chi when they're not at all. In fact sigma chi is the better fraternity.
