agd, I'm sorry, but your retention during this recruitment cycle wasn't good. there's a reason you had to take extra parties and they were still huge -- it's because you had to keep EVERYONE to make quota. stop pretending you've made it. we want you to succeed, but insisting that you're better than you are (as well as pretending you're better than other sororities) won't do it.
