Gee whiz, truth, simmer down-- you're going to give yourself elevated blood pressure and other "preventable ailments." My BMI and cholesterol levels are great, I exercise, I'm very healthy-- just had a check up! My whole family is slim and has no history of diabetes. I don't "stuff bacon in my face," just mentioned it as something I like. I like cheese, too. Candidly, you sound like one of those tiresome, incredibly bossy people who always wants to tell other people what to do. You must be great fun to be around and to have a dinner out with!
