TKE or Sammy in SP22?

Which house is better? Trying to decide which bids I'll accept come spring. I hear TKE is top house on the row, but I know a bunch of Sammys who seem like cool guys. I'll stay away from SX and LX. I hear both those houses are rapidly falling apart.

If you based of solely on “rankings” tke is the better house. Honestly the dudes from tke are more chill imo. Don’t really like the vibe with Sammy but their pledge class has some chill dudes

Right now, TKE for sure, but Sammy is definitely on the come up.
