Lambda, with the help of Nikias, single handedly kicked out one of the top frats, phi psi from the row with their all insider intel. Now they are the undisputed top frat on the row, and even lent the old phi psi house to Pike because they had pity for the poor pi kapa phi’s

This is true with the exception of working with Nikias. Powerful Lambda alumni actually fired Nikias.

Lambda alumni have virtually unlimited power on the SC Board of Trustees.

Fake news, Lambda Chi has been the goal of 99.99% fraternity rushees for decades. Lambda Chi simply has no competition Lambda Chi has always got their pick of the best looking, wealthiest, smartest, most social and athletic guys attending USC. Phi Psi nor Sigma Chii or TKE sit anywhere near the level of Lambda Chi. Every top sorority has Lambda Chi as their first choice of fraternities to pair with. Lambda Chis only give bids to less than 1% of rushees so there are plenty of guys for the lower tier fraternities to fight over.
