which houses will be competitive?

with no freshmen being able to rush, which frats—tip, upper mid and mid—are going to be hard or easy to get a bid from?

Pledge classes are either going to be small or all around lower quality due to smaller pool of rushees ( Sophomores that didn't rush in first year). This will be the easiest time to get a bid for every house.
