You get the same experience in each tier so whatever ranking is just a matter of preference

Lambda/Sigma Chi/TKE - The elite. Hot, rich and mix with all top houses whenever they want. All the cool guys want to be here, also throw the best parties.

AEPi/Sammy/Sig Nu/ZBT - Upper tier houses. Lots of rich, mostly attractive guys who didn't get in to the elite. All party really hard and mix with lower top and upper mid houses (theta/aphi/pi phi)

Beta/Pike/PiKapp/Phidelt - Mid houses. Average looking guys, some wealthy (this is usc) and mix mostly with mid houses (1 or 2 events with top houses and 1 or 2 events with bottom houses). Parties are hit or miss

Chi Phi/DTD/Kappa Sig/Phi Sig/Theta Xi - Lower tier houses. Have a lot of weird guys, but mostly normal/average. Mix mostly with lower mid/bottom houses. Parties usually smaller.
