acceptance of international students

Hello,
Im a norwegian dude thats really thinking about moving to the US after high school to attend USC or any other college, but i was just wondering on how you guys and frats look at international students? Does frat houses recruit international students aswell or is it just a pure american thing?
Anyway thanks for answers, this is probably a bad question but im just wondering

Almost all those posts are from a troll that is not even in a fraternity. European foreign students along with Australian and NZ students as long as you are decently good looking and a nice personality will actually have an easier time getting a bid in a top fraternity.
