secondary rush

Due to a night class I won't be able to truly rush this week so I am left with secondary rush. Can someone explain how it is and how it works? Do the frats give you a bid on the spot? Are all the frats there? Thanks!

I went and not all the frats are there. the lower mids and lower tiers are there and in general they give bids after a little bit of talking to you and invite you to their house after. from what i remember last year had: beta, pike, kappa sigma, and DTD . Phi Delt might have been there can't remember
