…Since forever?? Are you new here? Phidelt has almost always had a mix of top and bottom tier strats at wet rush. Sure they stick to the top for exchanges, but they don’t shy away from events w bottoms. That’s how they maintain their status, avoiding enemies! Pretty sure a phidelt was an aopi sweetheart at one point. And they have guys dating bottom tier/mid tier girls
