should i reach out to the chapters
by: ...dropped out of formal recruitment cause i got the houses i put as my bottom. the house that i loved i really connected with, girls i know in that house are even confused. should i reach out for a snap bid/cob?

Depends on the chapter you wanted. Snap bids are over - they're given out on bid day. ADPi, Kappa, Aphi and DG don't have room for COB since they got full PCs. And if they did have room, their COB is "invite only", so they'll reach out to the girls they want. If you wanted any of the other chapters, you can try DMing the instagram
