What makes a “top sorority”

Hey! I’m a senior in high school rn and am going to UNC in the fall but have no idea how any of the sorority stuff works. What makes something a “top house” vs bottom house. Looking at instagrams I would’ve thought like AdPi, aphi, and phi mu were top houses, but I saw it’s teidelt, kd, and chio. Just curious! Nothing against any girls they all seem awesome

All sororities are amazing :)))
ADPi aphi and Phi Mu are the most “southern sorority” type, and the top houses are more money/connection based. Go where you fit in!!!!

Nobody thinks ddd or kd are top houses anymore. KD never makes quota during recruitment and if they were really a top house they wouldn’t have that problem. KD and Aphi have the most high school drama too
