A lot of their new class is pretty hot. If theyre having a party, most other parties dont matter. The frat courts are obsolete because of them

loves these guys. Literally them and AXO are all they hang out with. A handful of just weird guys, mostly pretty cool. Probably the nicest house on campus other than DKE. Upper middle tier

These guys used to be much better than they are now and seem to really just be surviving because they have a nice house. They still get decent pledge classes in terms of size, but they mostly seem like the puny/dweeby rich type and not the hot/classy rich type. Definitely overrated
