The phi mus are definitely middle tier but are real girls. They have a mixed rep but all the negativity is from other rival sororities! Boys love them some phi mu girls and their reputation is starting to show it;)

Pi Phis aren't as stuck up as the "top tier" houses but their reputation is definitely getting a lot better as their pledge classes continue to improve. Freshman and sophomore classes are pretty hot for sure

amazing group of guys. not as popular as some but that should change now that they'll be on frat court next year. really fun parties, genuine - not cliche frat douches, and all really nice and funny. you can tell they are really close as a brotherhood. although some have girlfriends they're a pretty good looking frat too :)

To the people bashing this chapter... they may not be well-known right now around campus because they haven't had a "real" house in a few years, but they have one of SAE's houses in frat court next year. I've been to a bunch of their off-campus parties, and all the guys are REALLY nice and fun to be around. Not creepy at all (unlike what one other reviewer said -- maybe this person is in SAE and is just mad that the landlord didn't renew their contract)
