The recruitment process for a biz frat is ridiculous! My roommate when through it twice without a bid. Seriously? It's a business frat. It's not Mensa. They act like it's the most important invitation in the world.

Not recruiting this semester obviously but it would be impossible to run the org with massive pledge classes. When you have an application process with hundreds applying and maybe 30-40 bids available it’s going to be tough to get in
