by: does dg ever like..some people say they dirty rush but if one follows me randomly on instagram or is on my tiktok following me do i have a chance of getting an invite for rush. like me and my friends genuinely had good convos on quad day with the girls but like obviously we did not get anything over the summer or does dg ever leave bids open for like two really good people that they supposedly have not selected yet? is there even a chance. or because my friend is also a legacy as am i but legacy aside do we have a chance if they have noticed us?

I know a lot of girls who are in DG who didn’t know anyone. In my experience during rush, they definitely dropped a lot of people but I think it’s because a lot of girls want that house back, so they usually only take their top picks back. If you have a genuine connection and good conversations, you have shot. don’t stress yourself out

DG is the top house on campus or because people get butt hurt (cough theta and axo) one of the top houses. They rarely give out cob bids and the ones they do are girls that are already close to the girls in that chapter. Do formal recruitment its the best way to find your home and you are basically guaranteed a house. Just because you are a legacy for a house does not guarantee you a bid to that house. No house is full on campus but COB is competitive and you are not guaranteed a bid from any house through the informal process.

I don’t think dg does COB in fall or if they do it’s pretty minimal like 5-7 bids but that’s a guess idk 🤷
