AXO, Tri Delt, XO, APhi, and KD all had far superior rushes to Theta this year. Theta could not even fill their pledge class. FACTS. Move up AXO to 2. Tri-Delt to 3 and Theta to 4 or 5 and I endorse this rank. FACTS based on 27s and 28s. GPHI is basically irrelevant and if Theta has another bad rush, they will be too.

Chi o should be #4 and theta should be WAY lower. Also what do you have against ADpi? They NEED to be like way higher up!!! Definitely above phi sig and azd!!!
