I agree with "Ugh.." these aren't real frats, but there is definitely top tier and bottom tier for the biz hos. Lets be real. Phi Chi? Pledge class is on the rise.. they had some creepy people at the Annual Biz Frat exchange at C Street. PGN went hard there fer sure..
