These are the top houses. Seriously for all that are rushing, I would try and get a bid from these 5 first. Take a look at others as backup options. Mid upper or mid tier - look at their 23s, their actives are not consistent. They try to get top guys then start giving bids out of desperation. Try for the top houses and you will not be disappointed, it is worth it. Parties are better and they have national backing. Most mid upper and mid tier don’t have the money. You will see after rush is over. This is facts.
