23s across the board were a terrible class just in general. Restrictions and enforcement are cracking down on real pledgeships

Agree with @srat ^^^ Phi Psi 23 is one of their worse pledge class. Previous classes were so much better. My friend is a 22 and I can’t stand to be around the 23s.
