Hardest sororities to get a bid from

I am a sophomore rushing in the fall and I was wondering what sorority houses were the hardest to get a bid from as a sophomore and any tips you could give me to get into a pretty good, well respected house.

the top 2 sororities and toughest bids to get at UIUC are DG and Theta, slight edge to DG

Depends on who you know already. Top houses (axo aphi ddd dg theta kd) are most selective bc of most rushes. That’s it. Greek life isn’t really that selective at UIUC, only when you get to top houses

don’t pay too much attention to recent mostly negative reviews on the more popular srats. You will figure out who top houses are quickly once on campus anyway & by checking out social media

being sophmore won’t be problem & start by checking out top srats plus members IG pages & social media to get a feel for girls already in

The higher ranked the srat, the better quality frats you attract so if you vibe with the girls, go for one of the upper tiers

If you are hot and social, dg and theta will be best bet. Go where you feel comfortable, dg more conservative reputation like smart but both party

You’ll be able to tell which are the top houses when you go through rush. Top houses are hardest to get a bid from because they have to be selective since a lot of girls want them. That’s usually theta & dg. Beware of gphi they do a lot of dirty rushing & they’ll drop you when you least expect it.
