Quarantine fitness tips?

Quarantine’s got me extraaa lazy, any tips to keep in shape with limited/no equipment? I’m a girl but I’m sure there are some guys that could use advice too.

make sure to be actively working out EVERY body part. don’t do only legs or only arms. also make sure you’re eating more calories than you’re losing. if you need good at home workout use pinterest or something. Protein shakes are good. not too many sugars

I am a girl, so you may want to consider rethinking that statement. If they’re trying to lose weight than i’ll tell them other things.
