Thoughts on these houses?

KDR, Phi Tau, Ksig

I heard these houses have the best brotherhood and socials out of the upper bottom. Anyone know anything else?

Sounds like you’re in one of those houses. Honestly hard to know how those houses’ brotherhood is like without being in one of them. I’m sure they have an okay brotherhood though

upper bottom is a stretch for these houses considering I’ve only ever heard of phi tau cuz it’s right across from the ike. Would definitely encourage pledges to aim higher

I’ve hung out with phi tau and they’re a good group of guys imo. The one guy I know in KDR is really creepy and I don’t really vibe with ksig

Phi Tau is new but it is by far the best of these three. If you get a chance, look at as many houses as you can. You might just click with one group, that is what happened with me...although not with Phi Tau.

i've always had a really great time at phi tau! especially their 23s are a bunch of sweethearts, i always went to our socials with them. i've never had a good time at ksig though it's just not the vibe.
