Thoughts on Theta Chi?

I’m thinking about rushing in the fall because one of my friends is in Theta Chi, but I haven’t heard much about them

Lower mid/upper bottom depending on who you talk to (personally I think they are lower mid). Decent pledge class, they had like 16 in the fall
Do things with aopi and adpi
Not an amazing house but still relevant on campus
Overall it’s a decent house with really good location

I like theta chi personally, they can be a bit awkward, nice dudes tho. A good frat to join for a more laid back vibe. When I hung out with them after a party they were super chill

they’re a lower mid/upper bottom and they are on this website a lot, so be careful what you read because it may be biased.
they hang out with aopi phi mu aephi sdt agd for sure (i am in one of these houses so i can verify) unsure about adpi but that could be true.
out of the bottom houses i recommend to rush them, psi u, kdr, phi tau, and maybe ksig.
they’re a really diverse group of guys and they seem nice enough. they seem to have great brotherhood, but some of them are a little weird in comparison to the houses i listed above.
