Which sororities have the best sense of humor
by: incoming froshI really want to rush but feel like i’m not the stereotypical sorority girl. I want to find sisters that are genuinely nice and funny and not too preppy. Which sororities fit that?

If you want a more down-to earth but still social experience I recommend looking into mid to bottom houses. Everyone is gonna seem preppy during formal because the process lends itself to that look. A good place to start is with Pi phi, Adpi, Aopi, and Phi mu. There are more options of course, but those are the ones I can speak to best.

believe it or not, there are top houses with girls who are genuinely nice & funny too, all tiers have some=)

All houses have great girls but I think OP is looking for a lowkey experience, she’ll find her house no matter what though!

I honestly think the “non-stereotypical” funny sororities are mainly pi phi, agd, dz, and phi sig. they’re definitely more chill and don’t sweat the small things as much while still having pretty decent socials. But you’ll find girls you click with wherever you end up, these houses just have girls that don’t quite fit the stereotype as much as other houses

Brooo u don’t even know phi sig is like the opposite of funny like if you were to rate them out of 10 they’d be in the negatives

Srats and their type of funny (in general):
Pi phi = goofy/silly sense of humor
Phi sig= funny as in loud and crazy
Dz= Good story tellers/ things that happen to them
Agd= sarcastic and memes
AXiD= Inside jokes and pop culture references
ADPi= their laugh makes them funny

I agree with this! I am far from a stereotypical sorority girl, but I found my home in one of the houses listed, where i've made my best friends! I think you'll be able to tell pretty easily during rush which houses you would mesh with best!
