Ways to Grow Your Fraternity?

I'm hoping to take over my fraternity as president once we get back on campus. I'm very proud of my house, but I will admit it is small and we have almost no presence in the Greek community. Any ideas for growth?

Host open house parties with fun themes to grow in popularity. And try to get quality members over quantity. Try to be more involved and sign up for other houses philanthropy events

reachout to more sororities for social events, even if they are bottom or middle tier. when you have events make sure to talk with them and just be nice. girls are suckers for guys that are actually kind and easy to talk with at events, and they'll spread your name around
