All frats are interchangeable within their category bc they mess with the same sororities
These frats have the least issues and are therefore top:

Any of these frats could be top if they made improvements in these areas:
Sigs ATO - they need to learn how to control their egos and not come across as douchebags before they become top
Pike - their recruitment numbers need to improve
Phi Psi - they care too much about being top and need to focus on themselves and stop being try-hards

These frats have more work to do, mostly around social involvement on campus. However, if you consider yourself studious, these frats might be a better fit for you:
ZBT - they care too much about being top and need to focus on themselves and stop being try-hards.
Alpha Sigs Phi Delt - they could improve their social (more events)
FIJI - they could improve their physical house and social (more events)

So phi psi and ZBT are considered try hards now because of what Greek rank says? If they hang out with top sororities and have a good social then let me know me how they need to improve on focusing on themselves if the only thing you have on them is there “presence” on Greek rank which is something you cannot even prove.

My honest opinion is that there’s usually 5-6 top houses at any point in time. The usual are sae ato sigs delts pike acacia. Acacia got the boot and honestly I think phi psi will fill the spot. Phi psi and Zbt are the same caliber but they need to have houses get kicked off for them to rise in the ranks

Phi Psi socials with the same sororities as frats in that group and ZBT socials with the same sororities as frats in its group...

There’s more than just who they social with that goes into it. The reason for the placement of certain houses is because girls want to social with them more than those other houses. Stop thinking just because you have one event a week where 10 girls from a top house show up that you’re on par with these other houses.

ATO hasn’t been a top house for years and their greekrank presence is on par with Phi Psi 🤮

I agree for the most part but I believe there is more to it than just socials. Alumni status is also a big thing to take account for. Sigs and ato have a very rich alumni presence even though they are douches to other people. Well to do alumni is a big deal especially for after college in order to help get good jobs and internships
