i would agree. block parings usually do reflect a house status. i would still say phi tau is in the lower bottom. they do a lot of stuff with aephi, dz, and aopi (phi mu and sdt too maybe??) but still, dz does stuff with dchi and others so its a downgrade for them. (aopi is possibly with dke and aephi is probably with kdr.)
