FRAT + SRAT RANKINGS 2020

These rankings are my honest views on the houses on campus. These take into accounting of looks and socials/ who each house mixes with. They do not account for their reputations on Greekrank or their rankings on this site because we all know all of these posts are done anonymously, so even though someone says AXO is self-ranking, that isn't always the truth. If middle frats mix with a sorority, then they are probably all on the same level. Middle houses mix wit middle houses, bottom with bottom, top with top.
Frats -
Top: Delts, SAE, ATO, Sigs (Falling), Pike (Falling), Acacia (falling)
(Most socials)
Mid: Phi Psi, ZBT, Phi Delt, Fiji, A Sig, Sig Ep, D Chi, Pi Kapps, Aggers, PSK
(3-4 socials a week)
Bottom: T Chi, DU, Theta Xi, AEPI, Sig Nu, Psi U and rest
(More studious, less about partying all the time)
Sororities:
Top: Theta, DG, AXO, GPhi, APhi, KD
(Most socials)
Mid: Tri-Delt, XO, Pi Phi, ADPi, KKG, AXiD, Phi Sig, AGD, DZ
(Decent amount of socials, 3-4 a week)
Bottom: SDT, Aephi, Phi Mu, AOPi
(Least socials and last picks during rush)

Agd isn’t my favorite house either but they are more selective during rush and have socials similar to phisig and adpi

They’re the top of the tier and the others are on the bottom of the tier, no one is saying they’re equally popular

It looks to be ranked in order in tiers. Even tho there is no upper/lower divisions in tiers it still looks obvious that tri delt and agd aren’t on the same level.

Ok so all of u are saying it’s a good thing that there are such few tiers and I get that this format will hurt less feelings, but regardless this rank is INACCURATE. I’m not talking about how nice the OP is being but why are we endorsing a list that’s clearly wrong ???

I get what you’re saying, but I think it’s based solely on number of socials. Clearly some houses are way more popular than others within the large tiers. I think it’s also kinda of based off how selective each house is

It’s based on tiers like socials and selectivity during rush. It seems there are clear gaps in between houses like if u see mid frats they’re obviously not all on the same lvl

Are you crazy? Lmfao in what world is aggers and dz a top house? Your crazy. Dz has never been and will never be a top house, and even aephi is better than them. Aggers is irrelevant
