It really isn’t. Top 6 is interchangeable tbh and phi psi is NOT in the top. Delts sae ato acacia sigs and pike. Period. ZBT and phi psi are the 2 houses just below top tier but in a tier of their own, Still good houses, but not top 6.

Pike isn’t what it used to be, Phi Psi, Phi Delt and Zeebs deserve the move up. Acacia is top 2-3 if not kicked off I dunno about Sigs though
