Theta chi is probably a middle house? I don’t really hear much about them throwing down or anything but the guys are all super chill. If you can vibe with the guys, accept your bid and don’t worry about rankings!

They’re small, but they seem chill and throw good parties. If you feel comfortable around them, I would just go for it and accept the bid
