KD has a new big red brick House on Armory. However, all the houses have their own niceness for different reasons.

I just went thru rush this year and Kappa Delta (KD) has the nicest house because they just moved into a brand new beautiful huge house.
But honestly most of the houses are very nice & pretty! Whichever you choose you will love.

So all these negative posts about established houses... the houses that spent big money on new houses need to justify that
