some houses have live in requirements some don't. honestly it's fun living in and a lot of people enjoy it. you get closer with your pledge class!

Most have live-in requirements, but usually only 1 year unless you're an officer, so you'd still have 2 years to have an apartment.

Every house has a live in requirement because they need your money$$. You have to live in the year after you rush. And if you become an officer you have to live in again.
